I’ve been here twice now and the shop is so cute well lit very clean and the staff is very attentive. The service is fast and I waited no more than 7 minutes for items not ready. A woman after me asked what was already ready, so maybe if you’re in a rush and have a sweet tooth it’s good to ask what is ready to bag. AMAZING!!!

The cookies are really great when they’re baked properly, they have amazing flavor and texture. However, the consistency has been an issue. At times, they come out overcooked, which takes away from the experience. I have also noticed that some cookies seem to be baked longer than others, leading to uneven results. I am not sure what is happening in the kitchen, but improving consistency would make a big difference. Because of this, I would not return until they can demonstrate consistent quality. When they get it right, the cookies are excellent, so I would love to see that level of quality delivered more reliably.

Haven’t been there but we loved our delivery. These reviews are very harsh - we have had everything from Levain to Schmackerys in NYC to “Target” … we loved these. Maybe don’t order a craft bake good if you can’t afford the price of the labor. We wish this small company the best. Don’t believe everyone you read ;)

Most basic cookie ever. Tastes exactly like a cookie from targets bakery but they upscaled the price by 50%. I was under the impression that this establishment was a fresh bakery - boy was I wrong. The pictures that they have on here is extremely misleading. I wish this establishment much success but I for certainly will not be returning. Pictured here are 3 cookies. 1 jumbo sugar, 1 chocolate chunk and 1 red velvet cookie. I took a bite out of each and I was disappointed.

EDIT: They were so uncooked, I had to bake them for 10 minutes myself. I want my money back! I recently ordered from what I thought was Crumbl Cookies through Uber Eats, but it turns out I was mistaken. This was my second time ordering from this place. The first time, I got a jumbo triple chocolate cookie, a small chunky chocolate cookie, and a red velvet cookie. They were okay nothing spectacular but edible with milk and satisfied my sugar craving. I assumed maybe I had chosen the wrong cookies, considering my initial mix-up with Crumbl. Craving something sweet again, I placed another order, this time choosing three jumbo triple chocolate cookies. Unfortunately, these were a major letdown. The cookies tasted like raw cookie dough and were so underbaked that they couldn’t even be dunked in milk. It’s disappointing because the same cookie I ordered yesterday had a nice shape with crisp edges, perfect for dunking. Today’s batch was just a soft, doughy mess with no consistency in the recipe. The drastic difference between the two orders tells me a lot about the inconsistency in their baking process. I expected better, especially after a decent first experience.
